25 minutes last night

and down 3.3 pounds today. What's up with that? Big reason why I need to pick a standard time and outfit and day of the week for a regular "this counts" weigh-in.

Still working on the "Eat only when sitting at a table" concept. I am going to make a sign for over my computer that says "Only Water!" to remind me when I sit down.

I will have to work on not taking food upstairs when I go to bed. That is a bad habit anyways.

It is all about losing bad habits and gaining new habits.

More today!

25 minutes on WiiFit today. Never did get to the DVD last night.

Todays diet skill from Beck is to only eat sitting down. Wow -- that is going to be hard! I am an on the go person but I will do this. I can do this. I am stronger than the temptation to eat upstairs, in the car, in front of the computer.

Nothing yesterday today 20 minutes so far

OK -- yesterdays plan to WiiFit was derailed by a headache on my part and vomiting in the car by one of the kiddos parts.

But today I have done 20 minutes so far and will do some more tonight. I also plan on doing the arms DVD tonight too.

Wii Fit!

Yes -- We have a Wii Fit! Actually we got it in May when they first came out. I had a great time using it for two weeks before beginning travel and just haven't got back on since getting back.

But starting again today -- I am on that thing.

I will be blogging what I do each day so I have a record here to. Going to try to create some sort of routine with it plus doing some ab and arm work. I want to watch my Mii get skinnier (and me too!)
